Manual campaign review
Every campaign is checked for sponsor URL quality, message clarity, category fit, developer relevance, and whether the placement would be fair to participating maintainers.
Sponsor campaign terms
TipCLI is manually curated before delivery. Advertisers can create campaigns and pay through Stripe Checkout, but paid budget does not make a campaign serve automatically. TipCLI reviews every sponsor before a card can reach developer tools.
Every campaign is checked for sponsor URL quality, message clarity, category fit, developer relevance, and whether the placement would be fair to participating maintainers.
TipCLI does not accept misleading claims, malware, credential theft, surveillance, adult content, hate, harassment, impersonation, or destinations that would create a poor developer experience.
A paid rejected campaign can move into needs revision, credit offered, refund pending, refunded, no refund, or held status. TipCLI records operator notes and Stripe references or manual-fallback references for follow-up.
Campaign budget reserves review and potential delivery. It does not guarantee impressions, clicks, conversions, timing, category availability, or reach.
Stripe remains the payment processor of record. A Stripe Checkout success means TipCLI received a payment event and can begin manual review; it does not mean the campaign is approved.
Delivery starts only after the campaign is paid, approved, active, within package terms, and eligible for the publisher surfaces that request a sponsor card.
If a paid campaign is rejected or needs changes, the advertiser campaign page shows the recorded revision, credit, refund, no refund, or held follow-up state.
